Ally McBeal Season 5 is the last series of the hit TV show and is
available in two DVD/VHS boxsets. With fantastic never-before-seen extras
on the second boxset including ‘Behind The Scenes Of Season 5’
featurette and a special ‘Goodbye Ally’ send-off tribute.
We may have come to the last series of Ally McBeal, but not without
experiencing a few more hilarious trials and tribulations in her turbulent
life… Get ready for a shocker! The most exciting introduction to the
show is Maddie, Ally’s long lost daughter!
The 10 year old arrives on Ally’s doorstep claiming that she is
her daughter after an egg, that she donated for a science experiment, was
accidentally implanted in a woman. Ally takes Maddie under her wing with
the help of her plumber, Victor (Jon Bon Jovi). Poor Ally! On top of all
her usual worries, she is faced with Maddie hitting puberty wanting to
know about smoking, snogging and of course sex!
This series has a number of guest stars including Elton John, Matthew
Perry, Heather Locklear and the soul legend Barry White. In addition, we
meet new members of the firm including Christina Ricci as the 21-year-old
fiery lawyer Liza.
We get a surprise visit from our favourite transsexual - Dame Edna Everage
who turns up to mother the whole firm! And the gorgeous Jon Bon Jovi is
Ally’s new love interest but will he win the heart of Miss McBeal?
All the other usual members of the team remain in fine form, including
Ling, Nell, Fish and John. As she leaves at the end of the series fans are
also blessed with the reappearances of old friends Renee, Georgia and even
a glimpse of Billy!
But how does it all end? What will happen to the funniest law firm in
America? Is it all decided in those communal loos! You can be assured that
Ally McBeal is as unpredictable as ever and goes out with a bang and a
whole host of Ally surprises.
