Every so often a movie comes along that you could watch again and again. WEDDING CRASHERS is one of those films.

John Beckwith (Owen Wilson) and Jeremy Grey (Vince Vaughn) are divorce lawyers and while they make their living by being at the end of people’s marriages they get their pleasure at the beginning of them. Specifically at the weddings and literally their pleasure as they crash weddings – anybody’s wedding – and use them to pick up beautiful women – lots of them.

They have worked out their strategies down to a fine art but things go very wrong when John falls in love and Jeremy meets a girl who won’t let him go.

It’s so easy to pick holes in some films but WEDDING CRASHERS has the whole package worked out perfectly. Great performances as always from Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn whose personalities seem to put you in the mood to laugh from frame one and whilst all the supporting cast give a hundred percent it has to be said that Isla Fisher is particularly outstanding as a bubbly, slightly crazy bridesmaid. Just when you think the cast couldn’t be any better who should appear – Will Ferrell of course with his ultra dry humour in yet another excellently crafted part.

For a comedy WEDDING CRASHERS is quite a long film but when it ends you still want more. Who knows may be someone could produce a sequel, although unfortunately I’m not sure how.
