New York City-based actress Reiko Aylesworth comes out of the theater world, where she got her start and training starring in such plays as Eric Bogosian’s HUMPTY DUMPTY at the McCarter Theatre, MISSING MARISA/KISSING CHRISTINE for director/playwright John Patrick Shanley, and playwright Lyle Kessler’s ROBBERS for director Marshall Mason, among many others.

Aylesworth has also made a name for herself in the television arena as a series regular on AMERICAN EMBASSY and Aaron Spelling’s ALL SOULS. She had a recurring role on LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT and guest-starred on THE WEST WING and LAW & ORDER; other guest-starring roles include playing the love interest to the leading men on both ED and THE DEAD ZONE. She also had lead roles in the miniseries A WILL OF THEIR OWN and SOMEONE HAD TO BE BENNY, and appears in the cable movie FATHERS AND SONS. In film Aylesworth has co-starred in Sydney Pollack’s RANDOM HEARTS and several independent features.
