Synopsis
23 year-old Marina (Ariane Labed) lives with her architect father
(Vangelis Mourikis) in a prototype factory town by the sea. She
finds the human species strange and repellent, and prefers to keep
her distance. Instead she chooses to observe it through the songs of
'Suicide', the mammal documentaries of Sir David Attenborough, and
the sex education lessons she receives from her only friend, Bella (Evangelia
Randou).
Meanwhile an intriguing stranger comes to town and makes Marina a
challenge. But is it to late to save her as her father
ritualistically prepares to make his exit from the 20th century,
which he considers to be 'overrated'.
Caught between the two men and her collaborator, Bella, Marina
investigates the wondrous mystery of the human fauna...
