Synopsis
"Love is never ugly."
Seventeen year-old Kyle (Alex Pettyfer) though spoilt and shallow is
one of the most popular boys at his high school. Vain and
self-centred he chooses his next victim to humiliate and bully but
unwisely chooses Kendra (Mary-Kate Olsen) who unbeknown to him is a
witch masquerading as a student. Revenge is short and sweet as
Kendra transforms Kyle into an unattractive outcast that befits his
inner vindictive and nasty personality traits.
Kyle now has one year to find someone to love him or he will remain
'Beastly' forever. To overcome his gross ‘exterior’ Kyle will
have to discover a girl who can see through his unattractive
features to his inner self and finds Lindy (Vanessa Hudgens) a quiet
classmate he'd ever given a second thought. This may be Kyle's only
chance to prove that love is never ugly.
