Synopsis

Cavite is a town in the Philippines, where poverty drives people to do just about anything to survive. This is the harsh reality for many Filipinos in a poverty stricken nation.

Adam (Ian Gamazon), an American citizen returns to the Philippines for his father's funeral. Not even out of the airport he is contacted by an anonymous caller on the phone detailing the kidnap of his mother and sister. If Adam doesn't comply with his demands they will be killed.

At the mercy of this fanatic's every wish and in an unfamiliar country, Adam is faced with an impossible and heartrending situation that could easily spiral out of control.

So does he conform or face the consequences?
