Synopsis

When Dr George Gibbs (Robin Thomas), a scientist, invents a mechanism that speeds up any target that it hits to 25 times their normal speed, it effectively seems to appear to that person like time is standing still. Complications ensue when high schooler Zak (Jesse Bradford), Dr Gibbs' son, discovers the device which can send him into a state of molecular acceleration, making the rest of the world seem frozen by comparison. Discovering his son has been zapped by his invention this propels his research into a race against time to find a way to reverse the effects.
