Complications ensue when high schooler Zak (Jesse Bradford), Dr Gibbs' son, discovers the device which can send him into a state of molecular acceleration, making the rest of the world seem frozen by comparison. Discovering his son has been zapped by his invention this propels his research into a race against time to find a way to reverse the effects. |
