Synopsis
"The American dream sucks."
A semi-autobiographical
tale about the American dream gone wrong, LYMELIFE is set in the
late 70s and centres on two families living on Long Island, New
York. The film is a portrayal of the downward spiral of two families
from tangled relationships, real estate problems and an outbreak of
Lyme's disease that strikes a small suburban community.
Winner of the International Critics Awards at the Toronto Film
Festival.
