Synopsis
On a morning just like any other a powerful business man, Stanislas
Graff (Yvan Attal), is abducted outside his luxurious apartment
building by a gang of thugs. From here onwards begins a terrifying
ordeal that will last for several weeks.
Despite being tortured and humiliated Graff resists his captors. He
is resigned to his fate and doesn’t complain. Alone and isolated
from the rest of the world, he gleans only snatches of information
from his captors. But above all Graff fails to understand why nobody
is willing to pay the ransom.
However, on the outside, his world is falling to pieces as details
of his personal life are exposed. Everything he had carefully
managed to keep private - his affairs, his gambling debts and shady
dealings - are uncovered by the police investigation and jumped on
by the insatiable media. Ultimately the biggest shock befalls his
friends and family who begin to discover that the real Stanislas
Graff may not be the man they thought they knew.
