However, when a freak storm hits the town, a mysterious Rainbow Rock falls from the sky and grants wishes to anyone that finds it. The hometown Joe considers weird already, has just got a whole lot weirder, as the Rainbow Rock ricochets around the neighbourhood from kid to kid and parent to parent unleashing a chaotic torrent of wishes that come true from tiny aliens to giant boogers.
