The Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger), a T-800 cyborg of unimaginable strength and awesome killing power, is sent back in time from 2029, where these cyborgs have taken over Earth. The Terminator's mission is to kill Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) before she gets pregnant, as her son will in the future lead the human resistance in its fight against the cyborgs. To help Sarah survive against The Terminator, Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn) is also sent back in time and falls in love with Sarah. |
