Elviss – Not Enough

EP Review by Mark Bayross

Named after a piece of military hardware, rock trivia fans, not a certain burger-loving rock n roll legend, Elviss already have two singles produced by Alan Moulder to their name, while this is their second EP, this time with Paul Tipper (Ash, Placebo) at the controls.

NOT ENOUGH is a slab of tightly-wound angular rock not a million miles from the above mentioned bands (they have toured with the likes of Feeder, Stone Sour and Murderdolls as an indication), while DISAPPOINTMENT has a driving Nirvana feel to it and the live version of SOBER is suitably riotous.

Sterling stuff, plus there’s a debut album on its way in the New Year.
