The jury’s still out on whether The Glitterati are The Real Deal or a bunch of poseurs appropriating the latest rock poses (and supporting Avril Lavigne won’t help the casse for the defence) but this is a little unfair – they are hardly the only band around at the moment at whose door this can be laid.
HEARTBREAKER may sound like Aerosmith but it’s a fun enough tune in a straight-ahead bar room rock kinda way and is no more naff than half the output of the current darlings of the music press.
