Helen Boulding – What A Fool

Single Review by Mark Bayross

More radio-friendly Shania-isms from the apparently universally popular Helen Boulding (evidenced by collaborations with Pink Floyd’s Rick Wright, support slots with James Blunt and Ed Harcourt, and co-writing credits with just about everyone). WHAT A FOOL goes in one ear and out the other without causing offence or much in the way of excitement.

The obligatory B-side ballads SLEEPWALKING and WHEN I LET YOU GO are pleasant enough, but then that can hardly come as a surprise.
