A new star on the UK garage scene 24 year-old Lonyo has actually already tasted fame as ‘Comme Ci Comme Ca’, performing weekly at West London’s Rotation at the Subterrania Club, with fans like Jamiroquai and Janet Jackson who requested him to host her VELVET ROPE album launch party in London.
Lonyo has a wide musical taste, and it will be interesting to hear his debut album due for release in summer 2000.
Check out the laid back summer sound of SUMMER OF LOVE. I’ve a feeling we will be hearing more from Lonyo.
